Thank you for the detail report in the work that was performed. Very helpful. The young man did a very good job. He did explain that all those things that attaches themselves to the house may not all go but he got the majority of them. Thank you. Great job hope to be here in three months when you come again.

I thought part of the Aptive service was going to be sweeping away cobwebs around the house. Also, I thought part of the service included spraying inside the garage. The last two technicians have clearly missed doing both of these during their service. Two strikes. If the next technician also does a poor job, it will be strike three and I will cancel our contract with Aptive.

He was thorough. I have 3 small dogs. He explained how they needed to be contained in one area for 30 minutes after treatment in the house and 2 hours after treatment in the yard.
