This service is a rip-off. This was not we signed up for. I am totally displeased with your service. Your technician was here and stayed less than 20 minutes. My husband stated that she took a wand and walked around the house. She was gone in less than 20 minutes. He was told she would be here for at least 40 -50 minutes. We were told when we signed up that your company would put something down for mice and other pest and that you would spray so many feet out from the driveway for ants, This was not done. This appears to be a spam. I had several names for referral. I will not submit any names and will go on other sites to give a review reflecting the terrible service we... Read More

John was very professional and informative. I asked him to take care of a any hill in my back yard and he did so. John also found another ant hill, that I did not see, and he took care of it as well.

I'm very impressed with the email information I received today after the first treatment. I'm also very pleased that there was a yard sign left to inform my neighbors and me that the treatment was done. This was never the case in all the years I had Terminix. I don't know the name of the service technician I had today but I hope he can be rewarded for doing a great job. Stephen Hegner
