My technician got the job done, I guess. I never saw him spread the granular but maybe as the second treatment, he didn’t need to. I wasn’t impressed however how he used my neighbor’s hose to fill up his sprayer and then when he did the inside he said he only needed to do the basement. And his sprayer was dripping everywhere. When he did the outside, I understand that he needs to get to the perimeter of the house but he was walking all over my plants. Like right on top of them! I would like to request that this technician, Kyle, not be my technician again. Thank you

Awful , webs everywhere, just like the last time. I’ve canceled my treatments and believe the technicians never even leave the truck other than to MAYBE spray something around the ground and put a note on the door. I’m the fool that agreed to it in the first place, I won’t be the fool that continues to pay for absolutely nothing.
