He was hardly even here. When I came outside he was leaving - I asked if he had done the backyard, and he asked how you got back there - I said through the gate. He went back and went around the edge of the yard - no more than one minute and left before I could talk to him. Did not get near the deck, so his description of what he did was inaccurate. Btw, I had previously replied to a text to ask to be retreated because the treatment had not decreased all the spiderwebs and ants and was told the message would be passed on, but was apparently not. I need my entire yard and deck treated and I would like the sales team to do it. You are good at sales but not so much on follow up services. And... Read More

I was expecting an expert on pest control to come in and evaluate the situation and prescribe the proper treatment for my property but instead it seemed that someone with very limited training and knowledge came out to administer a generic treatment plan with very limited ant treatment inside the house and no viable treatment solution for the mice in the house. The technician seemed to rely on me to decide what treatment was necessary. I'm not really sure what it is that I am paying for, I can do the research and buy the chemicals my self.
