Definitely appreciate the tech coming out. REALLY needed him to spray in pool area for bees and hornets which he stated he did not do bc he didn’t see anything. I was out by the pool this morning and was attacked by a Yellowjacket. If the techs are going to spray or not spray based upon what THEY see, I most likely will not renew my contract

Not happy at all. He went around the perimeter, but did not knock down the spider webs on the patio extension after I showed him where a lot of the webs were. He also knocked down a string of mini lights I had on the patio extension and did not bother to rehang them. Further I was not impressed with the way your office responses to telephone calls. Have to leave a message for somebody to get back to me a next day. I was hoping the technician would return to finish the treatment. This is not conducive in keeping clients. I am about ready to use the 3 day back out clause.

For the second time, we get a technician that doesnt knock on the door. We had to request a follow up to get someone up to spray the interior of the house yet didnt knocked on the door. Also lied on the report saying he got rid of nests and what not of the front, sides and "back" of the house which the last one is a lie since we still have a little wasp nest growing right next to the backdoor of the house. Terrible service.
