Once again Aptive send a tech which is lame at performing a complete service, then ask for a tip. Your tech person did not come to the door and announce themself. I was home, although, the doors were closed since air condition was on. I has somethings i would have liked address, ants in yard and spiders web around house patio and garage. Your tech may have treated the foundationof the house but missed the garage patio etc. Did not address or service any ants or spiders webs, but marked on your aptive card this was included in the service (have pictures after i received the text and email of webs claimed they dewebbed). Joshua Payton was very polite and respectful. He did everything I asked of him and even put some extra traps in the garage to help alleviate my concerns of field mice. I tried to go to the web site to give him the $5 bonus but my location was not available to choose from, so I hope this will get it to him.
