Great so far! I just hired them and they are very professional, prompt, inform me of all my options and what they will do and have done, keep me up to date on everything, and send to my phone my receipts along with exactly what they did written on it. And their rates are great! Everybody is very nice and polite.

Jamal did a great job with sweeping the cob webs down and spraying the pesticides for the insects. I’m hoping that will get rid of some of the lizards in our front yard. He was very friendly and got straight on it once he got there. Great job!

This was my first service with Aptive as I have been using another pest control company. I must say that the tech that was sent to my house, Isaac was excellent!! He was extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable with reference to his job. He explained what he was going to do for the first treatment, answered all of my questions and overall did a superb job! I look forward to having Isaac as my regular technician and appreciate the job that was done on the inside and outside of my home.
