Technician was great. He did a fabulous job. I can’t say the same for who I set appt up with. I said I wanted spraying for all bugs not just fleas and for him to go in Attic and put down mouse traps. He said he couldn’t because it wasn’t on the docket and the company gives him only a 20 min time frame.

We have had at least three different guys come out to do the quarterly service and sub quarterly visits for ants and boxelder bugs. They have all been courteous and professional and have always taken care of the extra problems we have had at times. I would recommend Aptive to anyone who needs the services that they provide.

He was pleasant to deal with... However, I have ZERO confidence in the work that was done today. I am left feeling like I should have hired a professional instead of being charged $100 for basically a "rat trap". We have no idea of entry point, WHAT is in my house or how to get rid of them. I will likely be ending my time with Aptive and go towards a more costly pest control service, in hopes that it will come with peace of mind.
