He came at 7pm while we were having dinner with guests on our patio. We had been here waiting all day. We asked the service be rescheduled. And by the way, PLEASE do not call us, especially with automated messages, before 10am.

Steve was very courteous when he entered my home. I told him that I had seen some ants about a week ago. He said he would spray on the deck which is against the kitchen window, and hoped that would take care of any others entering the home.
