Everything went well. I travel a lot for work and am usually not home when technicians come but I don't have to worry about being around or needing to be available. Everything is taken care of and I don't have to worry or supervise anything. Thanks for the good job.

I emailed you and asked you not to come out. What can you do outside when there’s 5 inches of snow on the ground. I probably won’t be renewing my contract. You still have not done the inside of the house. I take responsibility for making the poor decision to move my business to you.
