Tried to click on bonus link but access was denied. Alfonso was knowledgeable and customer focused. He communicated what he was doing and what he found. When I asked him to check things further, he did do with no hesitation.

He was very friendly and helped answering all my questions. Really great customer service! he was amazing and I really appreciate it. He is an asset to your company which you need because I've had some really bad customer service lately dealing with some of your other employees. You should be very grateful to people like him that go above and beyond to make up for that. The service I was giving today is what it should always be especially in these trying time we are all going through.

Terrible! I am very disappointed and called the office. The guy that showed up walked around the house with nothing in his hands. then threw snowball in our yard. Only to walk back out to his truck get on his phone and leave my house within 10 min of arriving. He didn't spray anything and did not do anything with checking close around the house for any mouse holes what not. I will be cancelling my contract with you and not continuing my services. I did speak to a manager who stated she would put in a request for a refund but, that is ridiculous customer service for the $138.71 I just paid to watch some kid play on his phone a throw snow balls in my yard.
