Brandon Bogan is absolutely wonderful! He's serviced our home a few times and is such a pleasure. He shows up on time, wears a mask and booties and is very professional yet personable! Your company is blessed to have him! It's because of people like him that keep customers. He takes the time to listen to any concerns and truly goes above and beyond. I mentioned that I was nervous of a rat nest in the garage but was too scared to look; without hesitation he went right out to check and thoroughly inspected the box. He is also one of the most cheerful people I've encountered which is refreshing to be around. You can tell that he enjoys his profession as well as people.

From the time he parked his truck in the driveway and the time he left was 5 min. In that time he introduced himself and proceeded to steal one of my wife's rocks as i watched . He picked a rock out of a statue then dropped it then he went to his truck and grabbed a tool then proceeded to drop the tool by the rock and picked up both and then left. my wife collects rocks on our trips she is not happy.

He was literally at my house less than 5 minutes. He did not do around the whole house and spent maybe 2 minutes to do the basement. I will be doing a stop pay on the fee. I am not paying for service that I feel was not thorough.
