I enjoyed meeting Reginald this week, as I have the other technicians who have come to my home. The other link, the $5 bonus link, has never worked for me; I always get error msgs, otherwise I would have recommended a bonus for all of the Aptive technicians who have come to my home. Reginald (and the others) was professional, presentable, personable, respectful, thorough, knowledgeable, and I enjoyed meeting him. Oh yeah, and he wore his mask. 5☆
