He was very nice and he explained where he thought the ants were coming from and he looked around the kitchen and bathroom and put the stuff down to kill them. He said if they keep coming and more of them show up that we should call you guys back and they would come out again.

He was very up front about what he did and didn’t know about ants. He was thorough with his spraying, and he came back in to tell me where he found exterior ant activity and to give me ant traps for my kitchen.

Malik Helms was simple superb in every single aspect of the job he did today. Although, every REP has been extremely nice, Malik was head and shoulders above anybody else. The way he was able to explain the situation to me was fantastic! Omar and Ivan were very professional! They were very good on the outside and inside. Removed dead mice and reset traps in the basement. Sprayed every room and dusted for spiders inside and outside. Sprayed Bay window and in and around the plants where ants were present! Thank you for a job well done! I thank Amanda for training Omar!
