I did not receive a phone call before Jerry's arrival. His answer as to why he didn't call was "Well, I was just down the street" He is untrained. He did know a lot of the things to do, and since I have accompanied the other people that have come to service my home before, at least I knew what he should be doing. I had to remind him to put on show covers. He sprayed the pest control liquid all over my windows downstairs, and it was quite a bit of liquid that he sprayed. I had just had my windows cleaned, so now I will have to reclean all the windows as it is a lot of residue on the glass. Please don't have him come to my house again until he is trained properly. The Aptive Technician that has been out to our home on the past two weeks has done an OUTSTANDING Job. If possible I would like to request him when our Service is due and he is available. Totally took his time, asked questions and listened to our concerns then took action. He even reviewed the treatment plan with me and asked if there was anything else he could do for our Home.
