I have been very happy with Aptive. Jason is always very nice and has been in the past and now suggestions on what I should do around my home to prevent bugs . Keep up the good work .

This is not a review of Isaac. My complaint is with the reminder system and notification system. I did not receive a reminder about the appointment until today, the day of service. And when I receive the reminder, there is no notice of when the service person will be there, but they do tell me to keep my dogs inside. All day? They also say to call the office with questions. I always have to call to find out what time frame they will be arriving, so that I can be aware to have my dogs inside. This morning they told me between 3-5 pm and then I asked them to call my husband's cell since I was out of town. Then 30 minute later, Isaac called and said he was on his way, so 10-12. Hi Steve, I'm sorry I was not here when you came but I wanted to have you check the trap for the rat (mouse) problem we had which you had set a trap the prior visit.
