I am extremely disappointed in Brad’s service on Saturday. Luckily I was home when he came to my house. I spotted him in his truck parked, almost relaxing with his arm over the seat back. He was parked at the corner on my property. I made sure once I saw that he did not appear to be exiting his truck to go to my front door and make sure he saw me and knew I was waiting for him to actually do his job. I needed to go to my son’s lacrosse game and started to load my car, at this time he exited his car to place the Aptive sign in my lawn and take the last picture on the email sent. The technician was incredible. Your dispatch system and customer service is the absolute worst. The first technician came out 3/16 but not enough rat bait. He stated he would get a reschedule in 2 days. On 3/19 got a message out 3/20, waited all day no show. Called Monday, got on a emergency schedule. Waited all day. At 3:17 pm, text not coming, went to work. At 5:19 got a call, he was coming. Too many mis steps and flat out lies by phone service folks. Please have CS manager call me.

Honestly, I am not very impressed by the work and effort the technicians/company offers. The techs came out to treat my yard and landscape for a major grub infestation and they only treated some parts of my yard and literally just sprinkled some grub control over a few areas of my yard. I had to actually point out some really bad spots to them that they overlooked. To me it seemed obvious, which makes me question how well they really were able to properly treat any other problem areas. I pay a lot of money for this service and just expect better service and results. Half of my grass has been killed by grubs and I will have to repay for seed etc. now on top of what I pay for the pest... Read More
