This is at least the third time that we’ve had to call a supervisor for lack of service. After receiving e-mail confirmation that my child’s swing set would be treated, the tech did not even enter the backyard to do any treatment (contrary to the list of treated areas that was sent in the e-mail asking to leave a good review that would get him an extra $5.00 for a job well done). There was also no treatment other than sweeping for webs, as was evident by the video on our porch cam. In addition, when I called and spoke with a supervisor, she offered a free re-service a week from now. Matthew was very professional and respectful, asking specifically if there was anything in particular that we wanted addressed. It was great to see him wearing a mask and according to his report, he was thorough at what he did. It would be nice to see him return again:)

Although I wasn't home during the treatment, my friend was there and definitely felt the technician went above and beyond! He was there to treat the exterior but when alerted to a moth problem, he added items to prevent re-infestation, as well as current treatment.
