Per our camera's on the property in back and front, he did an exceptional job. Very happy with our service. It has been great not seeing fleas, spiders, etc since we started our service last year. It was my understanding we would receive a credit due to our original scheduled appointment was last Sunday, but no one showed up. I didn't see the credit on our statement received. I see on a payment on 3/3/21 but our service wasn't on that day. Can you please respond. Thank you

Let me start by saying that I was not prepared to have anyone on my property. I repsonded to the email saying that I would call and reschedule. The next thing I know is the appointment is rescheduled. Again I repsonded that I would call when I could reschedule, as I could not open the gate on my fence. I only have the outside sprayed. So only half of the job could be done. Yet I was charged for full service..........totally unacceptable.
