I just want to know who owns this TERRIBLE company! So that I can call them! I have been hung up on MULTIPLE times, told that they do NOT care about me being an upset customer and I have been without a Dryer for weeks and they are giving me some bull about the system being down so they can't check for the part that I need. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!

We have not been happy with the A&E service. This all started 7 weeks ago with the serviceman showing up to fix our refrigerator, without a part to fix it. Part ordered, after the 3 attempt the party finally arrived uncrushed. The serviceman said that on 6/13/19 he was scheduled to install the part. I get an email on 6/12/19 to confirm the part had arrived. During with the phone clerk said our appointment was scheduled for 6/20/19. I explained the situation of already having it scheduled for 6/13/19. She explained it is rescheduled. I argued... we've been without a refrigerator for weeks now. It has to be for 6/13/19. These people will rip you off and then send you a bill for it. Upon making an appointment for a diagnosis for my microwave I was told that the charge was $99.00. When the tech showed up he said the charge was really $249.00!!! I told him never mind, the microwave could be replaced for less than that diagnosis fee (which didn’t even cover the repair) and that I had been given the wrong information. I still got billed for this false appt. There is a plethora of negative complaints against this company on line for really angry people. I don’t know how they got 4 stars in this website because it’s certainly inconsistent with everywhere else.

Might be possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Been trying to get a refrigerator repaired for a month now. They have canceled 3 different appointments sick tech, tech had a family emergency, tech was in a accident. And it’s always a week after they cancel for next appt. tonight when canceled they have said 2 weeks now. They were here 1time to diagnose the problem. Lg overnighted the parts and the have been sitting here for 3 weeks. Terrible customer service!!

Just look at these reviews. How can this site rate them 8/10 or BBB give them a A+? I experienced just about the same issues most of these posters wrote about, unable to keep appointments, no parts, unprofessional representatives, etc. Add to that they lament that they don't have enough help to go around. Unfortunately, most people will not see these reviews before they buy an appliance and find out who the repair company is for that particular manufacturer and then it's too late. This is a Sears company and Sears is barely on life support. Tell everyone you know that before they buy that fridge or washer to ask the sales rep who's the warranty repairer. They told me when I scheduled that they would have the part on the truck. I had told them which art was needed. Showed up with no part. Rescheduled a week from now. I had to pay now, but they would not give me a receipt. I called their "service" phone no., which is in the Philipines. Sorry, but cannot give me a receipt. Repair won't be done until after we close on this house that we are selling. I need a receipt for a closing document that it has been paid for. They will not provide. Never, never, never again will I deal with this company. Even our technician bad-mouthed the company the whole time he was here. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

They sent boxes to repair fridge, then the fridge was replaced under warranty. They told me they did not want the boxes back. (Luckily i kept them.) Six months later they are billing me for the boxes. I call them right away to ask if they want to send mailers for the boxes or if i can drop them off somewhere for them, they say UPS will pick them up- so i put them on my porch. That was three months ago- every 2 weeks i call them and they promise to pick up the boxes. They have sent me to collections for the bill for the boxe, at a time when i am trying to get a loan and my credit otherwise was good. Collections has been calling me. Zero- very horrible customer . A supervisor named Gary was very unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. They were unwilling to work with any schedule date that would allow anyone to be home to get the repair done. This is the second time they are coming out to fix the same issue within a month. I was told they could only come out to our area once weekly. Gary informed me that if I didn't like my scheduled dates I could do whatever I liked, since I mentioned I would provide a review about the poor service received and dropped the call even though I pleaded that I needed help desperately and had been waiting for a week to get an appointment. Awful service! Had them come out to fix a dryer at my house and it broke again within two days! Now I have to wait over a week again for them to come back to 'attempt' to fix it again. If you have any choice do not use them for repairs!

Had them come out to look at washer, they ordered parts scheduled a date to have them repair it when the parts came in. The changed the date via text messages 5 times and then picked time that no one was going to be at home. after I had already take the original day off. They came to install parts to realize that they need another part. so another two weeks before they will be back. a month to get some thing fixed customer service is rude, and not willing to work with customers. what a racket.
