I have been with out a refrigerator since June 25. They have given me appointment dates only to change them sometime within an hour. I have called their customer (no) service many times trying to get warranty service. On July 15 their Tech. came stayed 15 mins, told me I needed comp., drier, and evap,, He said he would order parts and have them sent to me. He checks for next open date for repair return, Aug 5 was open. Four days later I receive the evap,, I call and wait on hold for a very long time (just like every time before) , The first thing I'm told is that now Aug 11 is first open date, what happened to the 5th I asked. Worst ever in all facets of the customer experience. Took them 3 weeks to get here. And when they left the fridge was in worse shape then when they got here. When I called the next day and asked if they can come out again, they wanted a charge number. What...really, stand behind your work. THEN they told me it would be another three weeks. Best Buy gave us a new fridge. BTW LG customer service was even worse.

this is the worse company that ever existed in the country -- first they do not know how to fix things. the guy that came to fix my oven asked me how is it open -- second they have terrible customer services and third they r racist the way they speak to foreign born people with accent -- at least based on my experience... i asked for a supervisor and she was also racist -- but the bottom line they do bad terrible work -- unprofessional

This is the worst repair company I've ever dealt with. Don't waste your time or money. The first guy they sent out didn't even know how to take my Advantium Power Oven/Microwave apart to repair. He had to call his boss, I waited another week. They came out and ordered 3 parts, I've received 2, and 3rd not received. I've tried calling this company 14 times, none of which ever helped and was typically on hold for 1.5 hr to almost 2 hrs before I was just disconnected without anyone ever answering. It has now been 2 mos, and still nothing. I'm beyond FED UP! I'm now on hold again and it's currently 45 minutes and nothing, expect they will disconnect the call. No service, no knowledge or... A technician was to come between 8-12 today. Received a call the technician called in sick. Did not get notified until 11:40. Why couldn’t A and E let us know earlier? Was not able to make other arrangements and dryer cannot be repaired until Monday (today is Sat). I guess I need to call and confirm myself even though you get text messages saying they are confirming your appointment. POOR communication!! I would give no stars if I could. I hope the technician that shows up Monday is better prepared than the service company.

why is it i can not get a call back from some body in charge of this FINE national appliance repair company. they sent an idiot to my house told me my compressor was out, changed the compressor, sprayed compressor oil all over my kitchen floor then told me he had damaged the condenser, and that it would have to be ordered another two weeks without my refrigerator . their repair scheduling have promised me a call but nothing. have never seen such a lame company they are only out to sell home warranty programs. o stars for performance

Terrible service he lied and said my icemaker was fixed and he got boat loads of ice that I never saw in the sink, and left. When I tried to get ice 1 cube came out. I ran out to the truck to get him I told him1 cube of ice came out he said it has to get cool, and pulled off. So how did he get boat loads of ice?? Its still not working, they need to shut the company down!!!

I contacted Sears Repair service who apparently uses A & E for repairs. The technician was not only not familiar with my ongoing problem but proceeded to go out to his truck "to check something" for some 40 minutes with no explanation. Since I had the parts (which I obtained myself as Sears couldn't get them from Korea) all he had to do was install them. After 40 minutes, I told him to just leave. I already paid $138 and received no service. Never buy Kenmore; Never call Sears for service; Never use A & E!

I had two appliances serviced recently. The repair work was fine but the diagnostic service fee on one appliance was charged as $249 rather than the $89 I was quoted when I scheduled the appointment. The agent I spoke to on the phone could not have cared less. I would have been satisfied with any reasonable resolution but it was clear the agent on the phone could not have cared less about this misrepresentation of fees. Congratulations on creating a deeply dissatisfied customer. I'll be sure to look elsewhere for my next repair.

Replaced door on a monyh old refrigerator. The tech did not check the ice maker before he left, the door was not level and they WILL NOT fix it until LG tells them to. Unbelievable someone does a job and doesn't check everything before leaving the job. They deserve a 0 but I will give them a 1 because they showed up on the date promised
