This clown show has been working on my Samsung washer since May, it is now August and my washer is not working. they have no clue what is wrong with it, they keep ordering parts hoping to fine the right one. 4 No show/ no contact. Two times because , they did not have a two person crew scheduled to do a two person job.
I have enough parts to build an entire machine, yet they can not get it to work.
I had to take 7 days of vacation (because we work) and be at home from 8 am to 5pm , just to not see the clown mobile pull up.
I am forced to use them , with my extended warranty; this will be the last extended warranty that we purchase.
I WOULD NOT PAY TO USE THIS COMPANY.
No phone contact. Do not show up for long scheduled appointments, confirmation of parts leads to computer that hangs up. Worst company I ever dealt with
Terrible! Gave me a window between 8-5, took the day off of work and it’s 5:43 no call no show. I could have replaced my appliance for the money I spent on the warranty and the lost day pay.
Horrible service. I have been waiting for over 6 weeks to get a GE refrigerator repaired. Two technicians have looked at it and made a guess as to what's wrong but have not done any diagnostics to validate their guess. The third technician was a no show with no phone call to let me know he wasn't coming. I just received an email that I had been rescheduled for 8 days later. It is impossible to get through to a human on their support line. After the technician arrives that isn't qualified to work on R600A refrigerant they set up another date for a technician to arrive who ghosted me and didn't show. Rinse.........repeat. BBB accredited but cant find the company on the BBB website to file a complaint.
Unable to get into contact with the service provider and it is a fully automated service with no human. They showed up WEEKS late to an appointment unannounced at 7:45 am. Horrible service.
Filed claim a month ago had to wait on parts, now scheduled appointment was no call & no show. Can not get through auto customer service & only auto response web contact via email.
I believe A&E is a fraudulent company and has no connection to "Sears" whatsoever. That's a marketing scheme. They work for warranty companies and misdiagnose and make up reasons for failure so that claims are not covered. There is no published phone number or address. It is not ever possible to call anyone and reach a person. They are a scam, they work for scam warranty companies, the technicians are incompetent and are paid to lie and they do. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
4 APPOINTMENTS ERE MADE NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP LAST APPOINTMENT ON 6 7 2023 THE TECH CLAIMED HE MADE THE REAIR BUT HE NEVER SHOWED UP
They give a time frame between the hours of 8-5 and show up at 4:46. No phone updates whatso ever. Once they figure out its all covered and nothing billable you are last on the list. Definitely will not renew with these people. So far, I have missed two entire days of work waiting on them to repair my refrigerator. Let's see if they actually fix the issue today.
