Tire and wheel coverage refuses to cover a bulge in sidewall the size of an grapefruit.

If I could give negative stars I would if your lucky enough to read this and stay away from this company then this was worth my time. I had a power steering pump go bad in my Infiniti G37x. My mechanic called and placed the claim saying that the pump was bad and that they recommended that the hoses to the pump be changed too. This turned into EasyCare claiming that if was the hoses that caused the pump to fail so they wouldn't reimburse me for anything because hoses aren't covered in the warranty. We have easy care with our truck and RV. We had an issue with our rv. I wrote a letter concerning our claim. We did not hear back from them until I sent them a second inquiry about our issue. Someone finally called me back and wanted me to resend all of the information for a third time. It was very difficult to work with them.

horrible, my car died . I called for someone to come out, they said they sent someone. So i called the tow company aftera hour. They said 20 minutes 4 hours later still nothing and really they didnt seem to care at all. They just kept on saying 20 minutes . Just stick with AAA or anyone else they are liars

The only communication I received was a welcome letter dated 1-12-16 for a 36 month coverage. So, when I went to file a claim on 12-10-18 (because they weren't open on 12-8-18 when I called first), for a small ding, they said the policy ended 12-9-18 and refused to cover it. Don't waste your money on this scam.

This is not a company you want to deal with. They say one thing and then change their minds. It is a pure rip off!!! I wish we would have googled them before signing up at the dealership. Shame on the dealers for giving false hope with this company, someone should put them out of business. It shows on their website that they have an A+ rating??? Funny how BBB has several complaints against them. More like an D- rating to me.

Apple Ford Lincoln sold me EasyCare for new MKZ when I purchased my car. Lincoln's warranty has a $100 deduction instead of the $250 for EasyCare. Lincoln's warranty goes to 125,000 instead of 75,000. Price is similar with Lincoln somewhat more. My warranty is up for EasyCare and I didn't use it so out $2500.00. I think the dealership is wrong to push the more expensive EasyCare.
