Endurance offers a total of eight vehicle services contracts. You can pretty much customize your coverage so that it suits your needs perfectly. The company offers both traditional repair plans under its five breakdown protection plans, plus the option of adding routine maintenance coverage by choosing one of its three EnduranceAdvantage™ plan options. Endurance covers the systems and components you'd expect it to, plus maintenance coverage up to $3,500 per year through Advantage. Through its wide range of personalized protection, you can find the plan that's right for you, with prices increasing as you choose more comprehensive coverage.

Endurance sets itself apart from the competition by offering specialized coverage on high tech components, factory navigational systems, commercial vehicles, and hybrid/electric vehicles. In addition, all Endurance vehicle service contracts include 24/7 roadside assistance and a free year of the Endurance Elite membership, including $2,000 in benefits like key fob replacement, tire repair and replacement, towing, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and more.

Endurance does limit its payouts to the trade-in value of the vehicle covered in the contract.
Limit of Liability: The average trade-in value of the vehicle as provided by the NADA Guides or the purchase price of the vehicle as provided by a bill of sale.

With Endurance Warranty, repair claims may be submitted after the waiting period has been completed, generally 30 days and 1,000 miles.

Deductibles are typically $100 and must be paid before the claim is to be approved. The company also pays all covered claims up front, so customers don’t have to incur in high out-of-pocket expenses or wait to be reimbursed.

This approach is quite different from that of other companies, increasing the value of Endurance policies and highlighting the benefits of their customer-centered business approach.

To further differentiate themselves from other competitors, Endurance offers car warranties that are honored wherever there is a licensed, authorized repair facility. Unlike other car warranty companies that only approve repairs at specific locations or charge extra for repairs that take place in shops outside their network, Endurance’s warranties can be used anywhere, regardless of state lines.

That means that if you’re away from home when you need vehicle repairs, you can still receive the services you need without hassles or additional expenses.

Endurance does not require vehicle inspections for the warranty coverage to begin. Making things even easier, not only is a warranty transfer allowed to a new driver or new vehicle entirely, but cancellation comes with a money-back guarantee within the first 30 days.

Endurance calls this a “review period” in which customers have the option of canceling their auto warranty if they decide the product doesn’t meet their needs.

However, there is one caveat. After the initial review period has ended, if a cancellation is requested by the customer a pro-rated refund may be granted depending on claims paid out and policy time/mileage used.

I do buy the warranty on my car the Volkswagen Eos 2009 in January 2018. I paid my premium always on time 192.00$ monthly November 21. 2018 my car broke down - I towed to the close Volkswagen dealer service. That day was start the most horrible experiences with Endurance. Want and try to find every chance to decline the claim. Volkswagen service verified the transmission broken and need to replaced. 1. want the record when was a transmission service was done couple of days researching I find the records, after claim was pull the carfax record on my car and find the other extended warranty coverage - was shock me why I pay for t separate extended warranty when the premium I pay for... I had my jeep go in for a transmission problem, and they flat denied me ,the inspector said i had after market rims witch i only had on my jeep for four days had the papers to prove it they would not except it and he told me if my power windows we're to break with the after market rims on my jeep they still wouldn't honor it because of the rims , I'm so disappointed at this company don't use them and they don't care, $3,200 that's what i have to pay out of my pockets not them they got $3,800 out of me though never again 😡😡 zero rating

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY THIS WARRENTY!!!! This is a scam and all they do is take your money. They lie and lie and lie. They denied our claim saying “washers weren’t covered) the funny thing is there weren’t any washers to be covered! We have been without our truck for 3 months. If you are woman absolutely BEWARE, they treat and talk to you like you are stupid. They hang up on you. They verbally attack you.

i want to thank Eddie Perez for all his hard work and and really showing what customer service is all about .. a lot of companies now days dont have that commitment any more to really go above and beyond .. this gentleman is a ASSET to this company for sure . i will always be with Endurance cause nothing else compares

This company gives you the run around when you need to cancel. I've been trying for 3 months to get my prorated refund. They lie about getting the paper work and about trying to contact you. I was considering transferring my contract but after this unprofessional experience I rather not.

Had my car in the shop on several occasions and had to pay over two thousand in repairs because this company specifically does not cover gaskets, seals, freon and always look for a way out in any repair because of the wording in their contracts.
