Ordered flowers and discount did not take. Nothing they could do they said. Then Order was delayed. So I pushed date back 2 more days., Then they said they had to substitute my arrangement. THEN they delayed it way past the intended date needed. Not a good business or deal.

It was a father's day fruit basket. It showed up on time but arrived damaged with bad fruit. All of the fruit was bad and had to be thrown away. Not a great way for my father to celebrate father's day. So I called and explained my problem. They stated they would send another replacement basket for Monday 6/22/20, It never arrived and I didn't receive a confirmation email as I was told by customer service agent, I'll pay for the shipping but not for the horrible product.

I chose FromYouFlowers.com to deliver flowers for my wife's birthday, and paid them a fee to have the bouquet delivered by noon. They delivered it at 5:30pm... I paid for a premium bouquet (the best of the three options they included), they brought a poorly-looking basic version. I will now have to fight them for a refund (and waste my time doing so...), but here's a warning to everyone else: STAY AWAY!!!

First off the flowers I Purchased looked nothing like what was delivered. I paid 82 dollars for flowers that look like I paid 20 dollars for. I will never again order from from you Flowers again. Please don’t waste your money!!!!!!

Unreliable and Worst Flower Company - Don't trust these Fraudsters If I could give this company negative stars, I would. This is probably one of the worst flowers companies I have ever dealt with. I placed an order and paid for a 4 hour delivery window, to ensure that flowers would arrive at the Funeral Home that is taking care of my Aunt's home going. T his was done on 5/29/20. I later get an email saying that the flowers were not able to be delivered, because I did not indicate the service time. Would give them negative stars if I could. I ordered flowers for my mother from my brother for Mother's Day. It was supposed to be a $60 seasonal order on sale for $45. She receive 10 stems mostly carnations. What part of spring includes carnations which cost about $5.99 at the local grocery store. Being embarrassed and humiliated I called customer service and spoke with 3 'supervisors' was on the phone for 40 minutes. All I heard was a bunch of I'm sorries. I was often interrupted and spoken over. Oh and they did absolutely nothing for me.

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday 10 days in advance. I called in the middle of scheduled delivery date and was assured that order was in process and flowers will be delivered by 6PM. At 6 PM, when it was too late to order flowers from another company, I was offered apologies from customer service and partial refund. Non of this helped me much. My mother did not receive flowers for her birthday. This was my first and last experience with fromyouflowers.com

Mike Holden, MA We ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. A new delivery date was set for the following Tuesday (3 days later). The flowers were not delivered. A new delivery date was re-established for Thursday (2 days later). I will never order flowers thru fromyouflowers.com again. They do not backup their delivery guaranty.

I placed 4 orders about two weeks before Mothers' Day, all for Mothers' Day. Two were shipped and arrived timely. The third order was to have arrived on Thursday before Mothers' Day. It was never shipped nor delivered. I am now on my second call to the company trying to straighten this out. Their solution is to have me make a third call to them to check yet again on what went wrong. They are certainly sucking the joy out of sending flowers. The fourth order was for my daughter in law who lives in an apartment building. Even though I received an email saying the flowers had been delivered, she did NOT receive them. I received a lovely, fresh arrangement of Spring flowers beautifully set in a lovely vase at a very reasonable price. I could not be more pleased.
