DO NOT use this company! I received 2-dozen dead roses (shipped in a box without any water vials on stem ends)! Tried to avoid telling the person who ordered them for me and contacted company directly. After long holds & a service rep I could barely understand, I was told they had to speak directly with the ordering customer. If he doesn’t get a refund, he will be having his credit card company refund him. I am making sure I let people know NOT to use this company—EVER! I’m only sorry I cannot give negative stars!

What you see is not what you get (not even close). Even accessories ordered and paid for (Anniversary Balloon in our case) not delivered! A pathetic experience on the whole! Further, fromyouflowers.com's satisfaction guaranty is at most 60% and not 100%. Very bad customer service, if you need it. All this time I ordered for others assuming that the products delivered were good as other would just appreciate the thought and not comment on products. This time it was personal that opened my eyes! A really really pathetic experience!

Awful experience. Wanted flower to arrive for a Birthday and paid extra to ensure that they would arrive on time. Did not get an email until late on the day they were supposed to arrive. The email stated that they were sorry but it will be delivered for another 2 days and only refunded the expedited fee. Well that is after the time I could have gone with another flower delivery service. They should have told me in the morning so I could have gone with someone else. I did responded to the email and said I was disappointed and I should receive more than just the expedited fee back. They just cancelled my order and refunded the money. I ordered flowers today at From You Flowers. I used FYF for the first order. I wanted to order the exact flowers for my second recipient at the same price. No can do. The first order shipped for free. When I went back into the site two minutes later there was no availability for free delivery. Without free delivery the product wound up costing more than the first order. It was very frustrating. So my solution...order from Amazon. I wished to keep the costs of both around $50. That was only possible by ordering the second from Amazon. You would think that FYF would offer existing customers a better deal or at least the same deal. If you thought that you would be wrong. Shame on them!

Evidently you don't deliver to certain south suburban Chicago neighborhoods. Could not deliver to Homewood Flossmoor even given two days to do it. Flat out self serving racist not serving POC areas plain and simple. Placed the order before Noon on Feb 17th, just found out by checking an hour ago they were not even trying to deliver it despite the lie in an email. All they do fast is refund the money. This is a racist act by a blind ass racist operation

I ordered Roses to be delivered on 2/12/21, they were not delivered until 2/15/21. They arrived frozen and in very bad condition, within a few hours the smell was so bad they had to be tossed. Once I found out on the tracking site that they could not be delivered I began a steady futile dialogue with customer service. I tried to convince them not to pursue delivering flowers that had been caught in extreme weather conditions but to no avail. Offers of discounts was not a viable solution and I was never able to speak to anyone willing to work out a solution so they proceeded to deliver a very faulty product 4 days late.

These people shouldn't be allowed to run a business if they can't do it properly! Tracking notification from them stated that the flowers were delivered on Saturday at 4:07 pm. THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED. When I called From You Flowers, I was on hold listening to their annoying canned music for almost 30 minutes.I finally got to a live person that I could barely understand. I was told they would be delivered by 6:00pm. THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED. Do not buy from this site. I ordered Valentines day flowers for the next day and still haven't received them. I called them and was put on hold forever and spoke with a lady working out of her house. She assured me that they would be delivered today or tomorrow, then someone got on the phone speaking spanish and hung on me. I give this place zero stars.

Delivery in 4 Hours my ass! $19.99 florist special my ass! cost me just under $50 should have been delivered by 230pm then they promise by 3.... then by 330 Oh they will refund the same day fee of 2.99 (hasn't happened) but not the Expedited Fee of $4.99 or the Handling Fee of 14.99. Took me 20 minutes to order. REFUND MY MONEY - CANCEL MY ORDER - ALL OF IT. I have now been on hold for over 10 minutes - I will never order from here again. I ordered flowers at 11:30 am and was delivered by 3:30 pm same day. The flowers was better than what was pictured on their website. Will for sure order from again.
