Eargo hearing aids help wearers process and understand speech more clearly, amplifying mid and high auditory frequencies. The company's products were designed by an ENT surgeon with more than thirty years' experience in the field with thousands of patients. Products were subsequently tested by audiologists and hearing professionals before being put into production. Eargo devices are extremely discreet. They're so invisible, you truly have to look very closely to see the tiny black end of their hearing aids. Eargo is also very attentive to comfort. Every Eargo customer is assigned a licensed hearing professional for assistance after receiving the device. Customers are then able to book an introductory call and subsequent support calls as needed until they feel comfortable using the device. Eargo offers two types of warranties that come standard with its products. There is a 12 or 24-month manufacturer warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This will be void if the wearer modifies or damages the unit(s). Eargo also includes an uncommon loss & damage warranty which will cover devices that are lost or damaged beyond repair. In such cases, the company will send you replacements at a discounted rate.

I have only had my hearing aids for about two weeks, but so far, this experience has been excellent! The people are punctual in all of the contacts; they are friendly, professional, and have been very helpful in getting my hearing aids working well and fitting well! The product seems to be very versatile and well made as well! The main thing I was looking for in a hearing was one that would let me hear ambient sounds, so that it didn't feel like my ears were stopped up! For those not hearing back from support; I discovered that the Eargo phone number(s) is treated as spam or high risk by my ATT spam blocker and sales call didn’t come through. I had to create a contact, alert my spam blocker provider that not a threat. One issue I have is there seems to be several phone numbers related to Eargo. Hard to keep track of them all. So if not hearing back from support, this could be the issue. I just purchased Eargo 5 system, and I’m really excited and looking forward to trying these aids. I previously had the Neo devices. That experience was great, but my experience with the Eargo 5's has been fantastic! The upgrade to accelerometer program changing is more convenient than the old 'pressure change' method; and now I can use my expensive headphones to listen to music! The upgrade to Qi-style proximity charging has been the difference between night and day. Gone away is the need to reinsert the devices to get a good contact in the charger. Even the form-factor of the Eargo 5's makes the devices easier to insert; and they continue to work perfectly throughout the day even is they change position in the ear. I got my Eargos in February 2021, I love the style, the charging case, battery life and the tera palms. The customer service is top notch but the quality is disappointing. Approximately 3 months after receiving my Eargos, the left one quit working and a few days later the right one also quit. Eargo imeditily sent me a new set and about 4 months later the left one quit working, again an email to Eargo and their service representative called right away and sent a new one right out but this is 5 devices in less than a year. At $2500.00 i would think the quality would be better. My Eargos were purchased through my FEHP which means im stuck for 3 years or will have to pay out of pocket for... Read More

Although I have had my eargos less than a week, I am very satisfied with the hearing aids. The sound quality is excellent! Everyone I have dealt with at eargo has been very friendly and helpful. I have found the videos to to be very helpful and informative. It is hard to imagine how the customer service and follow-up could be any better. Thank you Eargo!

Their latest product, EARGO 5, sells for $3000. That is a lot of money for an over the counter product with just a 2 year warranty. And now, the DOJ has a major criminal investigation into the company..... I'd wait a while until the company stabilizes............
