The company's products were designed by an ENT surgeon with more than thirty years' experience in the field with thousands of patients. Every Eargo customer is assigned a licensed hearing professional for assistance after receiving the device. Customers are then able to book an introductory call and subsequent support calls as needed until they feel comfortable using the device. Eargo offers two types of warranties that come standard with its products. There is a 12 or 24-month manufacturer warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This will be void if the wearer modifies or damages the unit(s). Eargo also includes an uncommon loss & damage warranty which will cover devices that are lost or damaged beyond repair. In such cases, the company will send you replacements at a discounted rate.

Have a hearing problem? Go see a local audiologist and put the money there. These are a good aid for slight hearing loss at best and block what your natural abilities are to some degree, so take your 45 days carefully to evaluate. After they replaced my right one because the handle broke off leaving it lodged in my ear, I decided not to wear mine any more.

How can something so tiny make such a positive change in your life ? These little devices are absolutely life changing - virtually invisible in your ear and the service and support from Eargo has been amazing. After having my new Eargo 6's for a week I went to Sunday church and for the first time in about 5 years actually clearly heard every word my pastor had to say. And no one could tell I was wearing top notch state of the art hearing devices. I am now on my second set of Eargo hearing aids (currently Eargo 6, previously Eargo 4). I have also purchased and used much more expensive high-end hearing aids from Phonak and Oticon. I can honestly say that Eargo has been the best by far for me. I love not worrying about a wire over the ear getting caught in face masks, hats, glasses, etc, I love the invisibility. Best of all, hearing improvement is as good or better than the other models. Support was excellent. I bought 2 sets of eargo hearing aids, the first set failed after taking shower- I contacted customer service and the send me another set for 600$ but they also failed after 3 months- wonder if they send 2nd set that was refurbished? wonder if the advertised warranty for 1 year is just advertising? at present very dissatisfied about eargo. I tried to contact customer service many occasions and only get bots about overshooting hearing aids. hearing aids seem work fine at the beginning victor ayala m.d.

I have a pair of Eargo Neo Hi-Fi hearing aids. Prior to the sale I received excellent attention, but unfortunately after the sale, the technician that I was assigned repeatedly failed to return my calls and completely abandoned me. I have had to communicate solely by computer chats. During my two year warranty period I had to have each unit replaced twice and the charger is now failing 6 months after the warranty expired. I was satisfied with the performance of the product when they worked. But don’t believe any of the hype that they give ongoing customer support after the sale. It is very disappointing.
