Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

when we first got Choice Home Warranty we was pleased but the last three claims they done nothing I had an element went out in my stove , washer wouldn't spin & last the thing I need a plummer I paid for the part for my stove & paid the man to put it in they told me to find someone & they would reimburse me same thing on the plummer I did again fax them the bill told me that what I had done was not covered so why pay Choice Home Warrenty a monthly payment I am disappointed

This is perhaps one of the cheapest companies, but the coverage is not worth a thing. They have so many exclusions that it is almost impossible to get them to pay for anything. Do your due research before choosing a policy to make sure that there aren't ridiculous exclusions.
I had a problem with my oven range for a few days I decided to use my choice warranty for the first so I called customer they gave me assistance to a contractor he was there the next day did a excellent job was very pleasant and cleaned up the mess
We have had several deLings with Choice Home Warranty. We have 4 houses with coverage from Choice. The technicians who come out are always friendly, efficient, and thorough. We used another warranty company in the past, but were disappointed with their coverage and helpfulness. Thank you, Choice, for taking care of our houses!!!
hi on thanksgiving my garbage disposal broke down and i called choice home warranty and they got me hooked up with a repairman right away on thanksgiving day and they follow up on a couple of times befor i got it fixed thanks choice home warranty ROBERT ROUSH
Was very pleased with the service I received on the repair of my refrigerator. Repairman came in a timely matter, but did not have the part and had to reschedule. Would recommend Choice Warranty for your home repairs.
DO NOT USE! SCAM!!!!! Have a fine print reason not to cover any issue. Can never speak with a supervisor. Customer service is rude. Misinformation at sign up and anytime there is an issue. Contractors they use have complaints about them all over the internet. BUYER BEWARE!
After cancelling my policy with choice about 6 months ago, I tried to give them another shot. I filed my 2nd claim recently (the first had to do with the drain pump on my washer and, although they first denied the claim based on a their theory that it was a "pre-existing condition" (I explained to them that my house is old so just about all my appliances could theoretically fall into that category), they ultimately replaced it although their attitude was like they were doing me a favor (this was about 60 days after I took their 5 year warranty "special deal"). They came out next day and replacedo my leaking garbage disposal.
