Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

I’ve been with many home warranty companies through the years and Choice Home Warranty is the best. They have reasonable rates, excellent customer service, and qualified contractors. I’ve been with them since 2021 and I’m very satisfied.
I just talked with Choice Home Warranty on yesterday to see how a home warranty works and what does it covers. I just sign up yesterday and i don't know to much from the company just yet.
Good and timely communications. Kept me informed of progress. Technician was polite, efficient and professional. He didn't even laugh at how easy the fix was (user servicable).
The one male representative who answered the phone, who offered an ADT plan and I didn't except it was rude and hung up on me....not nice.
That would be my nice version
Choice Home Warranty assigned Honolulu Appliance Repair Company to address my issue with a malfunctioning garage door opener. I was quickly contacted by Honolulu Appliance and they were very flexible in setting up an appointment. The tech they sent, Raymond Bilimon, immediately identified the cause of the problem and repaired it. In addition, Raymond advised me on how to properly maintain the garage door components to prevent future issues.
Ray from Thayer Electric did an amazing job! He showed up right on time and texted me first. He diagnosed and resolved the issue in record time and had it fixed. A true professional and genius in his trade.
The contractor & parent company were efficient and very communicative. We were pleased to have this efficiency.
I think it was Patricia who helped me. She was extraordinary. She understood my issue and helped me to a resolution.
It was easy to make a claim. Choice made the appointment for the repairman and they repairman showed up at the scheduled time, and fixed the washer fast. The technician was clean and professional.
My issue is still not fixed. After a long delay Choice came back to tell us that our claim is not covered. We were assured at the time of purchasing this policy that all systems and appliances are covered. But whatever fails is then declared not covered. We have been told fake or untrue reasons for denying our claim such as we have covered it once so we can't cover it now.
The fact is that you never covered it in the first place since we had the coverage. Totally untrue!
