Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

They were helpful and efficient. I liked the way they got right to work and completed the goal without issue.
Quick to help resolve our issues with our dryer. He even vacuumed the inside of the dryer to keep it safe.
I had no idea when the technician was coming. I received many emails say he was coming but did not. When he did come I received no more than 10 minutes notice. Both times he came. I was very fortunate to have been close to home each time. Choice is almost impossible to get on the phone.
They came in a very reasonable time and had the problem solved in less than 5 minutes. He turned it on and it went though all the cycles just like it should. My daughter and I tried to get it just to start in any cycle and no luck. I bet you can guess how I felt paying him the $65.00.
I am extremely pleased with the services rendered by Lowery Heating and Air. He was courteous, prompt, efficient, thorough, and knowledgable.

The young man, Nick who showed up to repair our refrigerator was the most polite and knowledgeable person for his business.
After submitting my first claim, I was never notified of the scheduled appointment, until the morning after. However, the technician never showed up or called. We have cameras, they never showed. I called to ask about it and start a new claim for another issue. They said they were sending an internal message to the technician. I have yet to have anyone show up. This has been going on for over a week. I canceled my second claim for now. When I first opened my account I was quoted a different fee than what I’m being asked to pay now. Overall, I very unhappy with CHW and their service.
I have had the worst experience with Choice. They have denied all 3 claims I submitted which were covered under my policy and can only state it wasn't covered by the vendor. I have reached out several times to go over the issues to be told I need to contact vendor. I pay them to communicate with vendor to schedule appts, etc. Choice tells me to call vendor and schedule myself and deal directly with them. They cannot provide proof of why claims deny and their one phone number to reach them at just has me go round and round never speaking to anyone about the service provided to explain anything.
