Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

It was easy to schedule an appointment on line. Immediate follow up with the date of the service and time. The electrician called 30 minutes before coming, he came and solved the issue. So happy to be connected with Choice Home Warranty.
Choice home warranty did a great job on supplying a person to solve my problem. The plumber was very knowledgeable about the issue and completed the job in a fair amount of time. Thank you chw.
I'm not sure why it would take up to 30 days to get a gift card or check to replace an appliance covered under warranty. People need thier appliances and with the current technology it shouldn't take that long!

All in all, I have been happy with the warranty service. I have had issues with the companies that they contract with, such as the length of time it takes to get repairs completed. My latest claim was for my stove; the repair was too costly. I accepted their offer to replace it, but it will take up to 30 days to receive the eGift card from Lowes to do this. So, I am still without a stove through the holidays. It would have been nice to receive the gift card to take advantage of the appliance sales. CHW is very prompt in assigning the jobs to the contractors, then it is up to them to complete the job.
I love this company and their services. A real good help save money and very inexpensive. Real good investment
I had my service 1 week ago Had a problem with my dryer vent and he came within 30 minutes of calling. It became clogged and he hosed it out again. That’s was I call wonderful service
