Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

great on line service i was able to book a repair man to come fix the garage
door and the technician was fast and friendly. replaced the spring and lubed the whole door and adjusted the chain.

Quick response to my call good customer service and friendly representative thanks
My most recent claim was approved rather quickly, which was excellent. However, it comes with an out of pocket cost to me of $875. I do not have any idea what this cost to me covers? I am being asked to pay $875 without any explaination of why or what I am paying for. To add to the disappointment, I must first decline the claim offer before I can speak to anyone about what the $875 was for. Would it not be easier and quicker to discuss this to come to an agreement rather than having to go this route? I am still awaiting a call back from CHW.
