Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Me and my wife want to thank Mark for his patience and diligence, all service rendered was quick, worry free and all the space worked on was kept clean. No more leak and no more mess! Great service company to compliment my home.

When I purchased my home warranty plan in 9/19 I bought a rider to include a second refrigerator and an ice maker. My ice maker is not working and, after the 30 waiting period, I submitted a claim to fix it. After several emails from Select Home Warranty insisting I did not have the rider, I was finally able to reach a customer service agent named, Macki. He was able to resolve the matter to my satisfaction so I would give him 5 stars. However, the back and forth and the company's refusal to acknowledge my rider has brought my rating substantially lower.

I am in 30 day wait time. and just called back to David whom I originally spoke with 27 days ago . He seem very unsure of what I called him on. I have already sent $425 od my Visa and now needed follow up on the process. So Davis switched me to someone else and he really was no help. So i called back and spoke to another person and he did not sell policy but looked it up and sent me this info so I can read over before I commit. Almost changed my mine on switching companies.
