Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I called you for a washing machine and paid $75. For the service call which took forever. To get, and they said I needed a new washer. Contacted you so many many times and was finally tol I would receive a chec for $75. I sent in all the information and never even received the $75. So much for replacing an appliance. I called there so many times, until I finally realized that you are crooks, plain and simple. That was the only old appliance I owned. What is the home warranty for? Who could ever trust you for anything larger. So I just realized that I will never deal with you people again. Such a waste of money and the worst part is I bought the policy and had my aged mother... Read More

This is a very bad company. The contractors they hire manipluate the issue such that it won't be covered under the plan. Just a waste of your money buying any service from this company. I am a customer with them since 2015. I lost money everytime I place a service call.

I setup a service call on my fridge. It took three days for a repair company to show up. They came and had to order a new part and then completed the job 2 days after.

In the middle of a rain storm our sub-pump broke we called and someone came the next day fixed the problem. Thank goodness they saved our basement from flooding. Thanks for all your help.
