Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I am from Massachusetts and I have home warranty coverage with Select Home Warranty. I have been a member for almost 4 years now. All my claims be it my HVAC, plumbing, water heater or my dishwasher… they were all resolved in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with them. I shall soon renew my plan with them. Good job Select! Hope more would be able to experience how great it is to have you as a home warranty company.

I am very disappointed in select home warranty. I’ve has landmark in the past and LOVED the service. I expected all companies to be the same. Unfortunately landmark is not in this area, so I relied on the ratings. Now I’m stuck with a 3 Years contract. If my stove repair is any indication of your service, I am disappointed. Four days into my repair, and I have yet to even have a business that can repair my range. What is. Let unacceptable is the length of time to file a claim. I filed it Monday am online. I love how my home warranty handle emergency calls. When I called for emergency, it took a maximum of three rings before someone picks up the phone. The customer rep took my claim and had someone by my house after 3 hours. They know and understand the definition of emergency and took it seriously. This is how a home warranty should service their customers. Thank you Select Home Warranty. I had been recommending you to everyone I know.
