Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

As our current home warranty was set to expire we decided to make the change to Select Home Warranty. They have the highest rating and excellent customer reviews. We are happy with our decision to make the change to Select Home Warranty for our home warranty needs.

Just renewed my home warranty policy...it was easy. Richard also explained multi-year policy which not only saved me money but also gave me free months on my policy. Have not had to call for service yet, but I am confident that I will not have a problem.

It took 2 days for contractor call me for appointment. Do not waste your time and money they would not aprove any repair cost more then $100.

I just completed the process of renewing my policy for another year. Richard helped me to make this the easiest task I accomplished this morning. He was quite competent in explaining all my options and asked the right questions to look for discounts that might apply for me, which was a great help in keeping the policy affordable. I would highly recommend dealing with Richard.

I am a new home owner and I decided to shop for my home warranty. One of my friends advised me to get something that can be effective right away. After couple of comparing prices, I decided to go with Select Home. I got the full coverage at a discounted rate. After a year, I filed a claim, now they made it even easier to do so. I went to the website and filed a claim. Someone will get back to you shortly to confirm and process is easier but more efficient. Kudos to Select Home Warranty!

I have had a trouble with my dryer. I called Select home and filing a claim was fast. The representative took his time to get all the details and filed my claim in less than 5 minutes. I received an email with the details. They gave me a local contractor to call and I did. The response from the contractor was prompt and the job was done accurately. Very professional workmanship. Worry no more when you have Select Home Warranty.

My air conditioning unit went out. I have been happy with my communication with this company. I called Select for help to file my claim. It was quick and easy. The guy came out in less than 24 hours. He was someone that you will be afraid to be around. It was a short repair and was handled with extra care. Good job Select Home for dealing with passionate, reliable and professional local contractors. I am happy to share my experience to all.
