Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

This is my first experience with Select Home Warranty. I had a terrible experience with another company. I saw that Select has a good customer rating. It was a simple process to enroll. Looking forward to better experiences should I need to use the warranty.

This is my first year as a Select Home Warranty. I researched the company and all of the various areas that it covers in a warranty. I was very pleased in that you offer warranties for all major repairs. My customer rep on each occasion was very helpful in assisting me. They answered all of my questions with clarity and were quite knowledgeable. It was a quick process to set me up as a new customer and the correspondence from the agent was quickly sent to me. This was a positive experience. If I ever have a repair, I hope the service contractors respond just as quickly. ( My last rep was Adam #5042)

I am glad that I purchased Select Home Warranty. For the past years they gave me the peace of mind that everything is covered. I had serious issue with my garage door. The door itself couldn’t be opened and was locked. I couldn’t get my car out and was really rushing to get into an important meeting. Luckily, when I called Select Home, they sent someone out immediately. Couldn't be happier knowing that you are with the right company.

Isaac was a very persuasive salesman. He was very courteous and helpful. I had not been happy with an incident where the job was not completed and was contemplating cancelling my coverage, however, Isaac was very helpful in explaining what I should do if this happens. I am once again satisfied with renewing my coverage and am looking forward to being able to have situations in my home resolved in a satisfactory manner.
