Very pleased with this company. Once i accidently pushed my button and was immediately contacted by Bay Alarm and when I told them I accidently pushed the button they didn't get upset with me. then when i had lost power here for nearly 24 hours they immediately called me when my power came back on to check on me. Made me feel that they really cared.
luckily i have not had to use my alarm but it gives me assurences that it's there for me when i do
Recently I had to use the panic button they where there in 4 minutes to take me off to the hospital.
Yesterday I was getting ready for work and I heard this unusual sound from our voice mail on our phone (I thought). My Mother came in my bathroom and said "It works". I wasn't for sure what she was talking about, she then replied " I caught my walker on the cord of that machine and it fell on the carpet and she said a man came on wanting to know Doris and Billy are you ok ? We have just received this product last month and it is a relief to know that while I am working I can rest easier knowing
They will receive prompt action if needed !
Always available to answer any questions. When I had an electrical problem triggering.an alarm which I was unable to respond, they contacted my children on my emergency contact list. I couldn't be more pleased with Bay Alarm
I have been using Bay Alarm Medical for both my Mother and Mother-in-law whom are in the late 80's and have been very happy with the service! My Mother-in-law has used them approx. 6 times and my Mom 2 times. They were very quick to respond and send out ambulances. It truly gives the family peace of mind! Would not use anyone else!!! A++++
Gives our family Peace of mind knowing she (my mother-in-law ) is not alone all day by herself.
Bay Alarm Medical is a great service. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for an emergency response service. I have an 85 year old mother at home and the peace of mind that Bay Alarm Medical gives me is priceless. The few times that the call button was accidentally pressed, their response was immediate.
The medical alarm system was very easy to install and to use. The company representatives were very customer service oriented and friendly. It was very reassuring to me and my family to have this service.
I subscribed to Bay Alarm for my 94 yr. old mother. Once I was awoken at 1am by your person calling me / alerting me of an accident. I immediately drove to my mother's only to find her fast asleep.???? Once again I was phoned by you saying same....I phoned my mother who told me she was watching tv...everything was fine. ??? I have been meaning to call you about these two incidences. I instructed my mother not to wear her pendant to bed, as she might have rolled over onto it by mistake and thereby setting off the alarm. ??? I give you a very good rating in that whatever the issue was, at least you called... but something's not right. I need to go over and test the system... Read More
