I have used Cross Country Moving Group twice now...not only do they offer a wide range of services, but the guys were great. both of the moves were done so quickly that i actually had time to unpack somethings on moving day! the prices were great, and they guys were professional! i recommend them to everyone i know. hopefully i wont be moving.
I ended up moving across the country for work a few months ago and after some searching, settled on Cross Country Moving Group to help haul my household full of stuff. The quote process was easy to manage and the negotiated price within what I had budgeted for the move.
Customer service was friendly and helpful with the few hiccups I ran into along the way. The move itself was pretty standard, nothing broken or banged up at all. All in all, a reliable service that got my belongings from point A to point B and did so without fuss or frustration.
I’m very pleased with the services that Cross Country Moving Group provided for me for my move out to California. Adam definitely made the entire process a lot easier by explaining how everything worked in detail. The movers were great and handled everything with care. I have already recommended Cross Country Moving Group to my sister who will be using them in a few weeks.
I had the total worse experience with Cross Country Movers. They were rude, unprofessional and could never get a clear answer for when my things were going to be delivered. My initial conversation with the company the lady was polite however she got pushy regarding the deposit. The priced seemed reasonable is why I went with them, however the price changed twice from the original price quoted. I received a call from one of the movers that he would be finally delivering my furniture after waiting 2 1/5 weeks. He said he would be there between 5 and 6pm the next day. DO NOT USE CROSS COUNTRY MOVERS!! Our stuff was scheduled to be picked up on Aug 25th-26th, so we could close on our house on Aug 28th. On the 27th we still had no one pick up our stuff. We had to pay another moving company at the last minute double the price to get everything taken care of. We were given 4 separate pick up times over the 3 days, not one was honored. They lied to us every time. Do not use them. Every good review they have is a lie.
They were on time and very professional and clean. it's pretty good value for money. i hate moving and having a reliable service to take it off my plate was a god send. I was pleased overall. if i end up, god forbid, moving again anytime soon i will definitely look this same company up again.
LOST MY MOST PRECIOUS POSSESSIONS. NO RECOURSE. “NO CLAIM FORMS.” PRE DELIVERY When I told an employee of this company that dealing with this after multiple calls to this company ending up nowhere, that it makes me sick to think about the personal, not monetary, value of what has been lost (along with broken vintage furniture, a punctured painting, etc. , as well as someone else’s belongings, unnamed, delivered to me) I was told, “Well, if you feel sick you should find a toilet and vomit.” CROOKS AND THIEVES. Cross Country Moving Group helped me with my out of state move. I had a lot of large furniture and it was a relief to find a company that was willing to load all of the large items onto the truck. The movers was very friendly and communicative. All of my items arrived in perfect shape. I would recommend this company to anyone moving in the near future!
Typically, when I have moved in the past our distances have been minimal. However, when we moved this time it was across the country. I was a little nervous about the long distance, and unsure what company to use. However, due to a recommendation from a friend I picked Cross Country Moving Group. It exceeded my expectations because of the customer service. Thank You Cross Country Moving Group
(Unfortunate) Update: Nine days after the original scheduled delivery date, I AM STILL WAITING!! Have already had to take two extra days off of work (I am a physician with very little flexibility and was not given any advance notice prior to their delays). Have been living out of a suitcase for over a week, now. Remains to be seen whether I get my belongings, and if so, in what condition.
