TVs and mirrors were protected with thick blankets and cardboard, and the movers carefully handled all items with care. Not the quickest move, but I would much rather have movers use care than throw items around to finish slightly faster.
I was really amazed by "no surprises," such as NO price increases, someone all the time able to answer questions, and our things delivered almost on the day we expected them to arrive. A company that is trustworthy, ethical, and professional. We would absolutely recommend and hire them again.
John was all about saving us money and it just so happens saving money is one of our favorite things so that worked out just fine. The girls inside the office worked out the logistics they coordinated all the times of pick-ups and deliveries and everything in between. They made a stressful time of moving very easy and all of us and for that thank you. They are exactly what we were looking for and we would be happy to use them again.
These a bogus reviews. This company will hire the lowest class movers, that will hold you hostage till you pay in whatever method they want. To the point that they will no call you back regardless as to how often you call them. They stated with a 9k quote that escalated to 22k and you are pressured to lock in and sign all these contracts. Don't do it walk run away these are all lies, inorder to get you hooked. Just review their BBB reviews, there is the truth. And BTW even calling police to retrieve your belongings a one work.
I have worked with Safe Ship Moving to help move myself and my family from IA to KS ( 2 separate moves). Both moves went better than I could have anticipated. They were able to stay in our price range and did all the packing for us as well. Each item was wrapped with great care and both moving crews were very hard working and friendly and caring with our possessions. When we received our shipment in KS, everything arrived safely. I have no complaints and highly recommend using Safe Ship Moving. 5 stars
I have hired this company twice and had positive experiences each time, so figured it’s time to leave a glowing review! To note, safe ship is a moving broker ,so they just find a licensed and insured moving company to move your stuff. safe ship moving services doesnt not do any labor themselves. First move: Moved from a 800 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment within Downtown Los Angeles to another 1 bedroom apartment in DTLA. I hired 2 movers and the move took 3 hours (which is their minimum) and was very efficient. I contacted safe ship moving services and they found a moving company for me. Alltrust Movers did the move and they were very fast going, moved large items with no trouble at all, up and down stairs too easy for them. All at a great price. Treated the items like their own and were careful of these and the homes walls/doors etc. Only had one small accident which was ok but I was at fault because I did not use bubble wrap on a lamp. . I would use again definitely, quick, professional and very good value.
As a single mother moving across the country with 3 kids was the last thing I wanted to do. I dreaded the concept of using a moving company that might give me more of a headache than I already had. Safe Ship moving services made things a bit easier. They set us up with a professional moving company and literally saved me a thousand dollars. That money helped me get to my new home sooner to start preparing our new home before the movers arrived. Overall the experience was a good one and looking back, it wasn't as stressful as I thought it would be.
I am happy that I chose safe ship to help me with my move from New York to Florida. My move coordinator; Eric went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. He took time to go through a full detailed inventory of my belongings as well as called me evenings and over the weekend to answer any questions that I may have had. Customer Service was excellent as well as the move itself was done professionally! I would definitely use safe ship in the near future.
Middle-men who keep shifting the blame when things go wrong. They do not live up to the spirit of their contracts.
