Safe Ship moving has been on the job since the first time we talked. They asked me questions about pieces that I would never have thought of asking. This is their day-to-day work, and they were open about any possible charges. I was able to have everything ready and wrapped so that the movers, cita van lines, could come in and get to work properly. The attention to detail impressed me. I spoke with several companies, but none were as highly regarded as Safe Ship Moving.
The movers were extremely careful in handling our antique furniture and ornaments. They had their own packing materials and boxes so all of the items were safely transported to the designated location and even labelled with tags- very thoughtful. I had my concerns, I admit, but luckily it all went smoothly.- from packing and loading to transporting and unloading, everything was done in a professional and efficient manner. Thank you for your diligent job and considerate attitude.
First, the price was right. There were no hidden fees and a very straightforward, easy to read quote that stood apart from other companies. The sales rep, Alan, was very helpful. Second, their response time to my calls and email were fast. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs movers! Lastly, day of the move, the handymen notified me when they were about 20 minutes away from their scheduled pickup. They arrived and started loading their truck in a professional manner. After they loaded their truck I received my belongings in Phoenix 5 days later.
Safe Ship moving was the cheapest and easiest and they had good customer service. They weren't too aggressive in contacting me before making a reservation with their company. On moving day, I was extremely nervous about going as I had never used movers before. I was contacted 25 minutes before they arrived, so I could leave work and meet them at my place. My movers were fantastic, and helpful and made the process easy and flawless. I set aside too much stuff that I would take on my own, but after talking with the guys, they told me not to worry and moved everything.
I want to thank everyone at safe ship moving for their excellence and the whole attentive team that assisted me in moving from one state to another. I had lived at the same location for the past 20 years and had never moved. They supported me on my emotional journey. when choosing a moving company, it is easy to find mistakes. However, safe ship moving services was excellent throughout my relocation. They are timely, friendly, and their pricing are reasonable. The moving crew they provided for me was all really skilled. There were no inconveniences or problems at all. When they brought everything, I was surprised to see that none of my valuables had been damaged. These men have made an incredible effort.
I phoned three or four movers to get moving quotes for a move to Delaware to Florida. Brendan with safe ship moving took the time to video call me and give me a quote. The moving company that they provided for me did an outstanding job on moving day. The two gentlemen that packed my belongings Tony and Eduardo was extremely hard working, honest, and promptly and effectively. MC movers were hardworking, honest, and receptive to my follow-up queries, and they performed an amazing job of performing my move without any issues. I would strongly suggest them for your relocation. Safe Ship moving services was excellent and professional.
The rep I worked with from safe ship moving was in touch frequently. She returned my phone calls, which is a 100% improvement over the first company we had selected. She did a really good job. We wanted to be able to know what was going on and she was on the ball with it. We were also super lucky because they had given us a range of delivery. They told us they had a two week window to deliver. We were hoping it wouldn't be two weeks because we would be camping out with nothing in our new home. I wanted to say I had a really good experience with Safe Ship and waited until I unpacked the last spoon before I write a review lol. I cant say enough how satisfied I am from the first call to the broker and then from the moving team which was unbelievably great. I did spend a tad bit extra for the platinum pack but thats because I though I could do all the packing by myself but I couldn't get it done on time. The moving team blanket wrapped and then plastic wrapped all my furniture, tvs and mirrors
The wife and I moved back to Boston after lasting only 2 years in Florida. I hired Safe Ship Moving services to move me from Deerfield Beach to south Boston. The crew took off the railings at my apartment and got everything down my four-flight walk up easily. They stored my stuff overnight at their warehouse in the dead of winter and all furniture arrived safely with moving blankets and shrink wrap. The office was responsive, and the portal was easy to use for contactless billing. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for movers.
