We found safe ship moving shortly after requesting moving prices online. They were the first company that called so I spent more time with them, than some of the others that called a few hours later. It really showed me how serious they are. They were punctual with their times and had lots of hands to help. Our sales rep Jesse also was able to accommodate us with a free month of storage as well. We saved more money using them. They treated us kindly and moved our stuff with care.
I've used Safe Ship before. I used them again and my experience was awesome. The coordinator originally was out after I talked to her the first time. They put me with someone else, and it was all good. They put me with someone else, and it was all good. The movers were on time. They took very special care with all my furniture and delivered two days later. They were professional, courteous, and treated my stuff like it was theirs. I couldn't have been any happier. It was a little expensive, but they did a really good job. They should be commended for that.
The quotation was fairly accurate, the service and communication were excellent, and the pick-up and drop-off were prompt and on schedule. We appreciate the careful treatment of our belongings, timely delivery of everything, and a charming attitude. We appreciate the quite considerate responses to all of our inquiries. My move from MT to CA, with the assistance of others, went without a hitch. It took them less than two weeks to deliver my items which had been packed carefully and arrived here without damage. Man moving stinks, good thing I found a company like Safe Ship to help me. I'm having issues with the plumbing in the house, and I called a plumber to investigate the issues I was having and he says we new pipes underground and inside the house and the repairs will cost at least $27,000. So I came to the easy conclusion to sell my house as is. I was referred to safe ship by a new neighbor and he gave me a walk through of his new house and I noticed how this place already looked fully furnished as if someone have been living there for sometime. I just graduated college and decided to move across the country to fulfill my dream job and I needed professionals to help. I called Safe Ship, and they were able to get me an amazing price and understand that I am an almost broke college student. They arranged everything for me and when the movers arrived, they packed my furniture very well and safe ship followed up with me throughout the whole process
I had to relocate from FL to PA for work and I only had 16 days to coordinate the move. After going through the various options, I decided to see if a full service move was within my budget. I was so overwhelmed, and then I heard from Zach. He was extremely empathetic and his years of experience were immediately apparent. Zach was able to coordinate the entire move for me in an hour! My son is also being relocated and I have already given him Zach's contract as I wouldn't have him go through the stress of using anyone else. Superior customer service is all but a lost art; Zach still knows how to provide it.
The best thing about the guys at Safe Ship moving is that they bring a positive attitude. My experiences with most other companies are that when things are out of the ordinary, they do not want to do it. But these guys did everything that needed to be done. They even helped pack loose stuff that I havent even boxed up yet, and they even helped load our personal items into our minivan. There was no drama in making multiple trips. no extra charges. Just a very positive team with a can do attitude, which i often found missing in other people. I booked a last minute move with them. Literally booked with them 2 days before I was supposed to move. The movers said they would come at 8 am and they came at 11. They fully loaded their truck in under 2 hours, and they dropped all my stuff off at my new place 3 days later. I was so nervous if they didnt come on the day we agreed upon I would have been forced to throw out all of my possessions. None of my furniture was damaged, a box or two was slightly deformed but that is almost expected moving stuff over multiple states. The contents of the box was completely unharmed
My back and my neck hurts, and I went out all night friday, and when I woke up Saturday afternoon. I noticed a for sale sign on the property that I am renting. I dont know where to go, I dont really like living in the area that I'm living in right now. So i guess I'm going to move back home. Now I contemplate what I am going to do with my stuff. I asked the people at my condo association if I can throw out my excess furniture in the dumpster. they said no and ridiculed me, god forbid I get rid of stuff that I do not need. and they said i cant even rent a dumpster to dispose of it.
