It is compatible with all 5 key operating systems (Android, iOS, PC, Mac & Chromebook). WebWatcher's stand-out feature is its Alert Log tool. This feature scans all recorded data and uses proprietary filters to identify and highlight items deemed to be risky behavior. Parents receive real-time alerts of all identified risky behavior, which means they can focus their attention on only important items. All recorded data is available for review at any time, but it is up to the parent to decide how much they want to see. The company also offers 24/7 customer service via phone, e-mail and live chat, to ensure the best experience for their customers.

I enjoy Webwatcher and all services it provides. This has given me a great experience.

This app does nothing other record text messages that I can read on my son's phone anyway. The deleted messages are redacted, so that part of the app is worthless. The web searches only worked if he used Safari browser, so does not record anything on other browsers that he may have downloaded. Also, if he deletes searches, they are not recorded...so what is this thing worth? Nothing. I have asked for a refund, but they have given me the run around. Would not recommend to anyone that really wants to know what their child is up to. Also, the advertisement you can download in real time. That is not true. It's worth every penny! This has a bunch of features like monitoring text messages, call logs, web browsing, location and all kinds of other tracking stuff for our children.
