I feel taken advantage of. The website said "discreet" and "risk free" implying that you could get your money up. I signed up for $39.95, started the process and discovered that I would have to physically get my daughter's phone and plug it into my computer for this to be set up! That is not discreet! I decided I wasn't ready to start this fight yet, so I immediately tried to cancel, within hours of purchase having not set anything up. I called the next morning and re-submitted a request. This company has the worst customer services. There is no free trial because the program did not work. The customer services department tells you that they need your credit card for it to work. It never worked and when I requested a refund within 3 days they still have not given me one in two months and still disputing the charge. Don't waste your time.
SCAM. I never write reviews to blast companies...but WebWatcher is ridiculous! Once you've given them your money, good luck getting a refund! You have to pay additional money to get more screenshots than the extremely limited number they give you with the subscription. Also, you cannot monitor what your child is doing live as the website promotes. Buyer beware.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and encourage others to do the same.
I purchased and then asked for a refund the same day I bought it. NOPE! Read the fine print, Sucker! There is no trial period folks. Be careful!
Be aware of this company claiming to give you 7 days free trail when is not you will be charged right away them refuse to refund you if you complaint pure scam please read reviews before trying their free trials plus is not what they claim to be file a complaint with the BBB SCAM SCAM SCAM should be their name!
Well I'm having a really bad experience, because they offer refund of money if your are not happy with the product, and it's a real problem, because they don't give you a refund, they look for all the reason to not give you the refund, the software have a big delay refreshing the information and is not monitoring social media software, however they make a mention in agreements to not give the refund, so matter if you are not happy, they will find the way to not give you the refund. I thing you can maybe try a company with more commitment with customer, instead of a company that after you pay, you have to deal with that.
Never worked. Promised to fix issues but never did. Refuse to refund my money.
Avoid using Webwatcher. If you have any issues cancel immediately. They will not fix them and will keep your money.
Suggest you have all your questions answered before you pay. They didn't offer free trial when I was looking for it and won’t refund. I’m trapped.
Their website doesn’t provide sufficient info about the app. I wasn’t able to reach them for my questions before I was misled by their web info and purchased the app. After initial installation, I found out it was not what I expected. When I asked for refund, they won’t process my request.
Again, Be very sure if the app is exactly what you want before you pay.
I felt the need to let you guys know how helpful your service is in allowing me to check on my son which leaves with his father. I really appreciate your technician's help on installation and the features you offer is exactly what I needed. Great job!
Absolutely the worst internet scam out there. They take your money and give you scam software that does not work. Forget about a refund as I now am filling a suit in court to reclaim my money. I don't care if I will spend 100 hours on this, I WILL get my money back. I do not care if it is $1 or $100,000 ,They ripped me off and I will never stand for that. I am suing them and am considering a class action law suit as this company is a systemic predatory

Beware before you purchase!!!!!!!!!! This company has very specific and hidden fine print and WILL NOT give a refund for any reason. They list all reasons possible in the fine print that you would want a refund and that they will deny you. I had used the product for my desktop and did not realize it would work differently on my son's Chromebook. I soon realized that my son could simply go on private browsing on any browser and this software picks up none of that activity. It does not catch search terms or alert words on private browsing.
