Was home and did not see him at all in back yard or around the pool area. My husband was upset as we pay for that service. Don't know if rain made him hurry up. Thx

My tech from Aptive named Junior came to my home today and made sure that my wife was HAPPY with where he sprayed the inside of the house and in the surrounding areas to make sure ALL bases of the house were covered not just where we were seeing the ants. He was professional and courteous as we had company and kids over at the time of service. He explained thoroughly what he was doing as he questioned rooms that I didn't think about and suggested while he was there to just get it taken care of.
