The rating is for the Brandon A. Who came out for re-service. He does a thorough job! The only complaint is that I had to call for re-service because the technician that came out a few days before did not do a thorough job.

Work: I have started seeing spider web around, both inside and outside the house, more now compared to when I started using aptive. Every day I discover new areas where I see more spider web in the house. Technician: I have had several visits; from different technician; except the first one, every technician has done poor job; I feel like they are looking to finish their job as soon as possible and get away; quality of work has been poor and hence I am seeing spider web more and more. I am not happy customer so far.

Al-Tariy came out and was very courteous and professional. The job was done as promised by the salesman Dylan. AL-Tariy even dusted an old truck in my driveway that wasps had made their home. I had lots of spider webs all over and they all disappeared! Nice Job. Thanks, JimC
