Very detailed and professional service. Good explanation of what was found. Thanks. On an issue we just learned, our kitchen remodel is on-going and they had to go under the house this afternoon. I just learned that there are several rat carcasses present, some skeletal and some more recent. Also we have a water problem with standing water and mushrooms. Any suggestions?
