Zero stars if I could. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are extremely rude and don’t get the job done. Beware the contracts and sales pitches. They will do anything for a sale!

Con artists. They came out to my house with 2 feet of snow wanting to spray for ants. They still charged me. My front yard is full with ant mounds. Beware!

For all of the high-ratings for this crooked company, I honestly believe they are paid trolls, luring the unsuspecting, hard-working, home owner to a company that is about as legitimate as the extended warranty folks blowing up your cell phone during lunch. They send the "nice kid" to your door for a pleasant conversation and sales pitch, with the "Since you've been so nice, I will give you our special, friendly, discount" - and when you take the bait (we got us a live one!) they will lock you into a binding agreement you have to pay hundreds of dollars to get out of... and oh yes, you will pay. Terrible service, didn't show up for multiple appointments. Trying to cancel the service was a complete hassle, went through multiple customer service agents who couldn't execute the cancellation, got disconnected from their phone tree multiple times during their transfer attempts to get me to someone who could cancel the service. Hard to believe a company like this can stay in business.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. If you are looking for any kind of pest control RUN from this company. I contacted them because a rat problem that we had after we purchased our new house. They came and said that the first visit was free. When the guy came to my house he did not have the equipment needed to handle the rat issue. He told us that he would have to come back. That same tech did not come though, a different one did, and then tried to charge me because he came out, and for the equipment. Yeah not sure how they can maintain such a high rating when they are so horrible with service and trying to resolve billing issues. They have shown up every time they say and come back when issues are addressed but when it coms to the billing fraud you get crickets. You ask for a supervisor or manager call and get told they will put your name on a list to get a call no one as of yet. I signed a contract and have no problem paying it and being done but they charge outside of the contract and trying to get them to understand you agreed to a contract and then they neglect it they just do not care. Thank God for Capital One. Going after them for all those payments they took.

VERY POOR SERVICE THEY WILL HARRASSE YOU IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY WILL SHOW UP AND CHARGE YOU EVEN IF YOU CENCELED OR CHANGED THE APPOINTMENT. THEY WILL HAVE YO USIGN A CONTRACT AND TREATEN YOU EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO CHANGE AN APPOINTMENT THAT THEY JUST RANDOM MAKE FOR YOU. dON'T USE THIS COMPANY i THINK IT IS A SCAM NOT SURE THEY ARE DOING WHAT THEY SAY AND WILL FORCE YOU INTO APPOINTMENTS YOU DON'T NEED AND CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT.

The company simply set up schedule and ignore customer's reschedule requests and then charge the service. Have no idea whether they did the service or not but did receive the bills saying the service was done.

Funny that all the comments you scroll through for this company say how terrible they are (and they really are terrible so reviews are truthful) yet they maintain a A rating and 4 stars. Unbelievable really. Hope that you didn’t fall for their sales pitch and sign a contract, but likely you did if you’re reading this. I feel your pain and better luck to others with this terrible company that is only good at being incredibly pushy sales agents. Would have given 0 stars if the site would have allowed it!

We were Aptive customers for over a year at our old home and when we sold our house, we eventually had to cancel our service since we were going to be apartment living for a little bit. We just bought our new home and chose to continue with Aptive. Both times, the service has been outstanding- from the door salesman that sold us the service (1st time) to the customer representative (2nd time) that helped us reconnect our service to the very professional and knowledgeable service guy Eusebio.
