They said I was late on my bill and had over $200 dollars of late charges by the time they sent a notice. They said they tried to call, but looking back in my voicemail, they never left a message. After calling them they said email notifications had been turned off on their side, no text notifications. How in the world was I suppose to know a bill was due.
This comes across as more of scam to me.
Do Not deal with these people!!! We had a guy come walking up last summer saying that my neighbor was having them spray for mosquitoes, were we interested? We explained that my husband was the only one working at that time and money was tight - so for us it was obviously not a good idea. He seemed very nice and started chatting about how a lot of people were having a tough time because of Covid. So he was gearing up to leave and says 'Your neighbors will be paying so I'll tell you what....I'm going to do you for free! I asked him why would he do that? DO NOT SIGN WITH THESE GUYS!!! They were suppose to call in advance due to gated back yard, they did not. They came out the following week to finish yard and within 1 hour we were getting calls to pay bill. We explained the guy JUST FINISHED! Within 4 days we received 6 phones about a up paid billed that was 4 days old. We then cancelled and received 4 phones threatening us with a cancellation fee. We send the bill in due to whom ever tried to entered our bank info screwed that up ( thank god!!!) Worse customer service in the world!!!! We finally told them to take us to court to get their cancellation fee due to no contract ever being sent!!!!!

They don't read the signs that say no soliciting. I like to go over a physical contract. They make it nearly impossible to cancel within three days. You can't call or send an email to cancel. I also like to research companies. I will never do this again. They use pushy college kids to sell a scam. I have signs on my house to be left alone and not deal with these scammers. We are now going to put up a gate across our driveway. I was scammed; they never came inside my house, which the service guy said he did. A really nice salesman came to my door offering to switch my service, young man, trying to make a living. I said I would give it a try. He said I needed to pay for 3 months of service, up front. I did. then he said I would be charged again in 30 days, I replied with "no thanks", at that point he agreed to waive the fee in 30 days. I was charged anyway. Their customer service people, while "friendly" are useless. I have been told multiple times, a supervisor would return my call, I have not once ever received a call. These guys are crooks.
Very high-pressure rude door-to-door salespeople. I almost had to get physical with their representative to get him to leave.
This company has 1655 complaints with Better Business Bureau. How did it get 4.5 stars? Price is variable depending on how much they can to milk customers. Is this an Aptive sponsor site?
They use high pressure door to door sales people that are trained to provide unbelievable pressure.
Any company that uses this kind of pressure must not be good and has issue retaining customers
Company makes it a hassle to cancel and a two part process. The last part is an alleged call back from a manager to confirm cancellation. Manager never calls back and when I call back, "loyalty dept." that handles cancellation is never available. Avoid this company.
